The Tenant Management Team
The Tenant Management Team (TMT) are all tenants, but we are very much an independent group. We are set up to accommodate a maximum of 12 members, all with equal status within the team.
Our main objectives are to look at how New Charter Housing Trust (NCHT) is run by way of scrutinising activities. Based on real evidence from tenants, the TMT decide which areas to scrutinise. These areas will be those that tenants feel are most important or those which are in need of improvement.
